Amazing service just bought our 2nd 5th wheeler from Wilders Rv and we continue to be impressed with everyone there and our Durango is awesome! We always feel like family when we come in and any repairs ever needed are always done perfectly. Anyone who wants the best rv should go there and no where else! Love you guys

Wilder RV has provided us with some of the best customer service that I can remember. We bought a used 5th wheel that definitely needed tweaking Before it rolled off the lot. I have come to expect push back from a salesman/dealership in these scenarios because the repairs are coming directly out of their pocket. But Ben the salesman, Josh in the shop and Preston the owner took absolutely great care of us. I can’t say enough…I will be back because I have seen that they truly put the customer first. So refreshing! Thanks for everything guys!

Great purchase experience from Wilder RV! We found Wilder on RVTrader while internet shopping for our new fifth wheel and they had exactly what we wanted at a great price, so we called and spoke with Matthew. He promptly answered all of our questions by phone or text, well into the evening. He gave us a trade-in value for our existing trailer based on the VIN and photos that we texted to him. We wanted to replace the standard pin box with a Reese Goose Box before picking up the trailer, so he helped us with that, as well. We then exchanged preliminary paperwork over email, put a deposit on our credit card, and scheduled a date for the trade, all without leaving our home in Minnesota! Three weeks later, after the snow stopped flying, we made our way from Minnesota to Missouri to complete the transaction and we were so happy that we decided to purchase from Wilder! They had our new fifth wheel all set up and ready to go, PLUS they have a few spots in their lot with 50 or 30 amp electric and water, so we could stay the first night in our new fifth wheel to make sure that everything worked as expected. They also have a dump station inside their fence. Every time we had a question, Matthew, Preston, Clinton, Rob, Chris, Trevor, or someone else from the Wilder RV team was right there to help us out. GREAT customer service and a GREAT experience! Well worth the drive!

We purchased a Durango Gold fifth wheel and Ben was extremely helpful from our first contact to the day we drove from Colorado to Missouri to pick up the camper. This dealership is unique as they stand behind their word as they did everything they said they would and more. They were waiting for us to arrive and the camper was clean and ready for the technician to conduct the walk through with us. The purchasing process was easy and quick. They are trustworthy, friendly and I do believe they value their customers as our experience was excellent. We took a chance negotiating a large purchase 700 miles away, but they made it perfect. We love our fifth wheel and would highly recommend Wilder RV!

We purchased a 2015 Salem Cruise-Lite from Olathe Ford RV in mid February, and have had many problems from stabilizer jack issues, to no air conditioning. After selling our 5th Wheel we found what we thought we wanted, a Class C motor home we found on the internet from Wilder RV. We never bought such a large purchase from the internet before and we were reluctant. Our only dilemma was our truck that we still had and needed to sell. After Daryl and my husband spent considerable time on the phone, negotiating a fair trade, we made the 4 hour trip up to see the RV. It was as nice as Daryl said it was. Daryl, Preston, and the Service staff went over everything in the motorhome with us and got it ready for travel. An awesome bunch of people to deal with. Thanks for everything!!!!!

After making first contact with Daryl at Wilder RV on Thursday, we found ourselves on a one way plane ride out to Kansas City MO on the Saturday with payment in hand. I\'ve never bought a vehicle this way before, but Daryl spent a lot of time talking to us and sending us as much information and photos as we needed to feel confident enough to spend the money to get out to them. I\'ll admit Wilder RV is not close to an airport Clinton, MO, but don\'t let that put you off because the customer service experience was exceptional. It made my first RV buying experience one to remember and if you ask nicely Preston might let you stick a pin in the map on his office wall to show where you are coming from. Thanks again to everyone at Wilder RV and now all that lies ahead is the open road..

Service was incredible even though it was an older unit they did everything to make it right towed it home with no problems.

We had water damage to our camper and took it to Wilder RV for repairs. Matt is our contact and he is AWESOME!!! Everyone there is so nice, the communication is great and they genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I deliver RV campers to dealers across the US. Today I delivered to Wilder RV and was tired hungry and only had a few min to complete the paper work and fax it to my office before they closed. Everyone there was friendly, quick, and helpful. I was done and out the door only a few minutes after I arrived!
