Linda and I want to thank you and everyone else there for our experience in purchasing our new camper. You were very kind, funny and most importantly, non-pressuring. You made us feel welcome and I guess you would say, family friendly.
When we first got there, we told you what we were looking for, the options and size. You didn’t show us anything else but what we asked for. See I’ve seen other places that when we told them what we wanted, they would show us stuff out of our price range, units that only had one of the things we wanted in our camper. It was if they were pushing us towards units that they felt they needed to push out of their inventory. You didn’t, you listened and acted on what we were looking for. For that we thank you.
The buying process was actually fun. The financial guy there sincerely felt excitement for us on our purchase. He looked truly happy for us.
The amazing part was after the signing of the paperwork and everything was done. All of you told us if we need anything or have questions to don’t hesitate to call us. But this is the good part. You stayed and talked with us. You didn’t try to get us out of there. See I’ve had the bad experience that when the sale was done, they pretty much pushed us out the door. They got what they wanted and they had no use for us anymore. But not there at Wilder RV. You guys visited with us, made us feel welcome and actually as part of your family. For that we are thankful.
I’m sorry, I forgot the name of the tech that gave us our walkthrough, but this guy was cool. He is very knowledgeable and even though he’s done that job hundreds of times before, he still took his time, answered questions and was pleased to be doing this. I’ve seen others that give there presentation and are bored doing it, they would almost look annoyed. But your guy was detailed, polite, well, a good southerner. For that thanks again.
Thank you Ben, you were great. Please tell everyone there a special thank you from Linda and I. We look forward to coming back for our camper needs.
